DOW has a family of concentrated liquid solvent soluble dyes sold under the Automate^™ tradenames.

Automates are easy to handle liquids, very concentrated, miscible in hydrocarbons and metal free.

Automates are generally used "as is" as a fuel or lube colorant to differentiate the final product (i.e. Red for Automatic Transmission Fluid).

It has also found use in a variety of other applications including the coloration of solvents, polishes, fertilizers, explosives, adhesives and for leak detection. It can be mixed with other colors in the Automate product line to create a limitless number of shades.
